What Exactly  Do You Mean By   Operating System ?

• We can say that operating system is Technically called  as  an  resource  allocator.
• Our  computer consists of  many  resources  such as  hardware and  software. The operating  system  acts as a manager  of these  resources and allocate  them  to  specific  programs and users as necessary  for  their  tasks.
